Toshiba Releases Their SS RX2 with High-speed SSD in Japan — Only available through Toshiba’s online store, the SS RX2 / W9J features a 128GB SSD with a 230MB/s reading speed and a 180MB/s writing speed. Other features are pretty much the same with the usual suspects: Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400, 3GB of RAM, Wifi Link 5100, DVD, 12.1” WXGA LCD… It will be sold in Japan for around 227,800 Yen (€1695).
