Designed for European users, the new Dot S4 is a 10-inch netbook from Packard Bell which the company owned by Acer. The new netbook comes with hiclet keyboard allow users to working with smooth typing experience.

The Packard Bell Dot S4 Netbook packs with 1.6GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU, has a 10-inch WSVGA display provides 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, 1GB of installed RAM, comes with a choice of 160GB or 250GB hard drive space, while graphics are taken care of by Intel GMA 3150 processor.

The Dot S4 also comes with standard netbook configuration features include 802.11b/g/n WiFi support, Ethernet 10/100, three port of USB 2.0, RJ-45 and pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter Edition OS. Packard Bell has not released pricing nor given a date when the speakers will ship.
